Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Engagement Manager (SaaS/Cybersecurity): Manage end-to-end customer engagements for identity security solutions with an accent on project scoping, client communication, internal team management, and escalation support. Location: Remote (United Kingdom). Ability to travel up to 15%.

What you will do

• Partner cross-functionally in sales to own services portions of deals including presentations, RFPs, and SOWs.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on issues and escalations.
• Manage financials of multiple projects focusing on profitability and productivity.
• Perform end-to-end project management including scope, status, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Provide strategic updates to senior management and regular status to account teams.
• Work with Customer Success to maintain success and identify opportunities for product/services expansion.
• Lead direct reports with feedback, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience at Software, SaaS, or consulting company (ideally Cyber Security/identity)
• 3+ years project management experience
• 1+ years people management experience
• Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills.
• Experience with project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
