What you will do

• Lead and scale a global multidisciplinary delivery team across multiple products and locations.
• Design and improve scalable delivery motions (Quickstart, low-touch, tech-touch) to accelerate time-to-value.
• Operationalize the scale delivery model, including intake, triage, and capacity planning.
• Implement AI and automation initiatives to enhance onboarding through guided setup and proactive insights.
• Establish quality governance and performance metrics such as CSAT, adoption milestones, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to improve in-product onboarding and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, onboarding, consulting, or professional services.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in owning repeatable delivery motions and measurable adoption outcomes.
• English: Professional proficiency required.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of people leadership in a scaled services environment.
• Experience designing and implementing AI and automation initiatives to improve onboarding quality.
• Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) or internal IT organizations.
