What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end back-office sales process, covering everything from quote entry to cash collection.
• Handle order management and fulfillment, including scheduling, pricing integrity, and RMAs.
• Act as the company gatekeeper to ensure all orders and Sales Director requests adhere to internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate license renewals and follow up on the collection of past-due invoices.
• Collaborate as the main focal point between sales, product development, finance, production, and customer support.
• Generate and issue operational reports to support the needs of the Sales Director.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Operations.
• Proven experience with order management, shipment handling, and interfacing with Sales Directors.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong ability to multitask and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
