What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales and partner commissions process, from plan definition to bi-monthly execution, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Optimize sales workflows, implement AI and automation to streamline operations, and support forecasting and quota setting.
- Develop sales performance dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or Tableau, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive CRM optimization, data accuracy, and sales enablement across departments.
- Act as a bridge between sales, finance, marketing, and operations to align on goals and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales/revenue operations, with 3+ years managing commissions processes
- Excellent Excel skills, SQL querying, and detail-oriented mindset
- Proven experience owning and improving complex sales and commission processes
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills, forecasting, pipeline management, and stakeholder alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
