What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales and partner commissions process, from plan definition to bi-monthly execution, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Optimize sales workflows, implement AI and automation to streamline operations, and support forecasting and quota setting.
  • Develop sales performance dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or Tableau, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive CRM optimization, data accuracy, and sales enablement across departments.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, finance, marketing, and operations to align on goals and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales/revenue operations, with 3+ years managing commissions processes
  • Excellent Excel skills, SQL querying, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience owning and improving complex sales and commission processes
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical skills, forecasting, pipeline management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Experience implementing AI, automation, and workflow tools for sales efficiency
