What you will do

• Produce accurate sales quotations for products and services using Salesforce CRM.
• Provide client service via phone and email, responding quickly to inquiries.
• Prepare and submit orders to purchasing, ensuring deal registrations.
• Generate system reports and historical pricing analysis for Client Managers.
• Act as liaison between Client Managers, operations, and manufacturing partners.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while developing product knowledge.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years in B2B sales/client services.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); internet navigation.
• CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred); IT industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and arithmetic skills for discounts/margins.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, build relationships, and present information effectively.

• 2+ years in technical/IT industry.
