What you will do

• Proactively monitor renewal business and manage the renewable pipeline using Salesforce.com.
• Generate price quotes, validate service contracts, and prepare accurate orders for purchasing.
• Advise on upsell opportunities, multi-year contracts, and technology refreshes (EOL/EOS).
• Provide strategic pricing recommendations to maximize profit margins.
• Act as a liaison between Client Managers/Directors and internal business units.
• Facilitate the completion of client-requested documentation, including RFPs and supplier forms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
• Experience with Client Relationship Management software (Salesforce.com preferred).
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, request-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically managing renewal contracts.
• Two years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry.
