What you will do
- Proactively monitor renewal business and manage the renewable pipeline using Salesforce.com.
- Generate price quotes, validate service contracts, and prepare accurate orders for purchasing.
- Advise on upsell opportunities, multi-year contracts, and technology refreshes (EOL/EOS).
- Provide strategic pricing recommendations to maximize profit margins.
- Act as a liaison between Client Managers/Directors and internal business units.
- Facilitate the completion of client-requested documentation, including RFPs and supplier forms.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management software (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, request-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience specifically managing renewal contracts.
- Two years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry.
