TL;DR
Sales Operations Manager (Salesforce): Design and own Salesforce processes, reporting infrastructure, and capacity planning to enable global scaling of Professional Services with an accent on enterprise SaaS professional services environment. Focus on improving forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, project health visibility, and reducing operational bottlenecks.
Location: Hybrid role based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA office (at least two days per week). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Salary: $116,000 - $145,000 per year.

What you will do
- Serve as primary Salesforce expert for Services, owning front-end and back-end configurations for scalable operations.
- Design and deploy repeatable Salesforce processes to improve forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project visibility.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion to deliver operational priorities.
- Collaborate with BI Analysts to maintain clean Salesforce data for accurate executive reporting.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across implementation and consulting lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience in SaaS, professional services, or consulting
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including Flow Builder, custom objects, and advanced reporting
- Experience building and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC, USA; not eligible for visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software like Certinia/FinancialForce integrated with Salesforce
- Familiarity with data intelligence or data governance industry
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder)
