What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create job profiles.
• Use data analytics to track pipeline, time-to-fill, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer branding efforts.
• Deliver reports and insights to improve processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related.
• 1+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for data, metrics, and reporting.
