TL;DR

Recruiter (Internal): Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Commercial teams with an accent on proactive sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and building pipelines across Atlanta and Arizona offices. Focus on outbound outreach, screening interviews, interview coordination, and end-to-end candidate management in a target-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia (flexible in-state working available)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 base + performance bonus (OTE dependent on experience)

What you will do

• Proactively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, referrals, outreach, and networking
• Engage passive candidates through multi-channel communication (LinkedIn, phone, email, text)
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and manage pipelines across multiple roles and locations
• Conduct screening calls and video interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and handle candidate communications end-to-end
• Support offer management, onboarding, pre-employment checks, and ATS data tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally in-house, agency, or high-volume
• Comfortable with outbound sourcing and candidate outreach as core responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence passive candidates
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
