About the Role

You will build and run a high-velocity recruiting engine to identify and hire top engineering and technical talent. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, own intake meetings, design interview plans, post roles in the ATS, source candidates, conduct screens, and coordinate with hiring managers. You will analyze recruiting metrics, iterate on sourcing strategies, provide actionable feedback to stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to increase hiring velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Expertise with sourcing tools and market research
  • Experience developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly learn new roles and requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Persistence and results-oriented mindset
