Salary: $53,709 - $60,000

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and search recommendations.
• Source candidates using resume databases, Boolean searches, networking, and hirify.global's proprietary tools.
• Engage candidates via phone, email, and social media, articulating value propositions and preparing them for interviews.
• Assess candidates through phone interviews, skills testing, background checks, and reference reviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, negotiations, and maintaining candidate engagement.
• Deliver service excellence with proactive communication, reporting, and compliance adherence.

Requirements

• Location: Bangor, ME with 2-3 days onsite required
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings with successes in high-volume environments.
• Experience with ATS and social media tools for recruitment.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics in talent acquisition.
