Hourly Pay Range: $21.00/hr to $33.00/hr

What you will do

• Conduct sales analytics and reporting tasks as assigned.
• Collect and interpret data to drive sales production.
• Provide actionable analytics to support sales and operations teams.
• Organize, analyze, and prepare reports on large raw datasets.
• Assist with performance tracking dashboards in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Ensure data accuracy, adhere to Quality Management System, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma and currently pursuing bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, economics, sales, marketing, and/or finance.
• Proactively ensure work is accurate and error-free.
• Understand security, privacy, and compliance principles.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move between buildings, and remain stationary using office equipment.

• Technically savvy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
