What you will do

  • Enable commercial strategy through data, insights, and operational rigor including sales forecasting and pipeline governance.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive commercial initiatives like go-to-market scaling and pipeline hygiene.
  • Partner with business group and practice area leaders on planning, tracking, and alignment.
  • Lead sales process improvements, operating rhythms, and productivity enhancements.
  • Evaluate and implement sales enabling technologies including Salesforce enhancements and GenAI.
  • Own Salesforce as commercial business owner ensuring data governance, usability, and adoption.
  • Identify growth blockers and mobilize cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting; Life Sciences experience preferred.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise in reporting, dashboards, process optimization, and data governance.
  • Proven experience improving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Experience leading selection and implementation of sales enabling technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
