What you will do
- Enable commercial strategy through data, insights, and operational rigor including sales forecasting and pipeline governance.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive commercial initiatives like go-to-market scaling and pipeline hygiene.
- Partner with business group and practice area leaders on planning, tracking, and alignment.
- Lead sales process improvements, operating rhythms, and productivity enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement sales enabling technologies including Salesforce enhancements and GenAI.
- Own Salesforce as commercial business owner ensuring data governance, usability, and adoption.
- Identify growth blockers and mobilize cross-functional solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting; Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Deep Salesforce expertise in reporting, dashboards, process optimization, and data governance.
- Proven experience improving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
- Experience leading selection and implementation of sales enabling technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
