Salary: $21.68–$36.10 per hour

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and planning support for the Global Account Management functional area.
• Manage the Salesforce Service Cloud inbound customer queue and resolve customer cases.
• Track and analyze ISV, service provider, and customer trends to provide research findings.
• Build and leverage AI tools to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.
• Prepare internal statistical reports and presentations based on data analysis.
• Support customer education and coordinate project-related customer outreach.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
• Must be local to Chicago.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no CPT, H1B, F1, L etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau dashboard publishing.
• Familiarity with Gemini AI tools and LM Notebook.
