What you will do

• Lead the Front-End Innovation team in concept creation, design storytelling, and early platform exploration across all categories.
• Inspire Industrial Designers and Product Design Engineers to generate physical and visual prototypes.
• Pitch future-focused concepts to cross-functional partners and senior executives to drive alignment.
• Partner with Mechanical Engineering, R&D, and Product Marketing to ensure concepts are rooted in a scalable strategy.
• Integrate deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods (injection molding, die casting, sheet metal) for DFM/DFA.
• Combine user insights and trend forecasting to shape future design visions.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in product design and innovation, preferably in high-volume consumer goods.
• Rich portfolio of category-defining consumer products with successful commercialization.
• Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring, and developing creative teams.
• Strong technical foundation in high-volume manufacturing and prototype making.
• Must be based in the United States.
