What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close first wave of LBM dealer customers to prove the model and build commercial foundation
- Lead executive-level conversations from outreach to contract close, navigating complex deals with CEOs, VPs, and operations leaders
- Structure and close paid development partnerships and commercial agreements
- Refine value proposition, ICP segmentation, and deal structures as GTM playbook evolves
- Bring LBM customer voice into product and pricing discussions with actionable feedback
- Represent at industry events, conferences, and summits to build pipeline and credibility
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States for full-time role with US benefits
- Deep familiarity with LBM dealer operations including estimating workflows, purchasing, margin management, and channel dynamics
- Track record closing complex, consultative deals with long cycles and multiple executive decision-makers, ideally in construction tech, building products, or distribution
- Instincts to identify right early customers and discipline to prioritize
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for VP and CEO interactions
- Comfort with ambiguity, productivity in uncharted territory, and collaborative approach with product, GTM, and leadership
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in LBM dealer channel
- Experience with AI or estimating technology platforms
