What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close first wave of LBM dealer customers to prove the model and build commercial foundation
  • Lead executive-level conversations from outreach to contract close, navigating complex deals with CEOs, VPs, and operations leaders
  • Structure and close paid development partnerships and commercial agreements
  • Refine value proposition, ICP segmentation, and deal structures as GTM playbook evolves
  • Bring LBM customer voice into product and pricing discussions with actionable feedback
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and summits to build pipeline and credibility

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States for full-time role with US benefits
  • Deep familiarity with LBM dealer operations including estimating workflows, purchasing, margin management, and channel dynamics
  • Track record closing complex, consultative deals with long cycles and multiple executive decision-makers, ideally in construction tech, building products, or distribution
  • Instincts to identify right early customers and discipline to prioritize
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for VP and CEO interactions
  • Comfort with ambiguity, productivity in uncharted territory, and collaborative approach with product, GTM, and leadership

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in LBM dealer channel
  • Experience with AI or estimating technology platforms
