Location: Hybrid in Dubai (3 days on-site / 2 days WFH)

What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers via outbound channels.
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and execute LinkedIn messaging sequences.
- Qualify leads by analyzing their needs, pain points, and goals.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Native level proficiency in both English and Italian.
- Comfort with cold calling and high-energy outbound outreach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
