What you will do
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in Mining & Mineral Processing across MENA.
- Build and manage relationships with end-users, EPCs, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Drive sales growth through opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, and regional strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to shape value propositions and execute initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify solutions and enhancements.
- Prepare technical-commercial presentations, proposals, pricing, and lead negotiations.
- Represent at industry events and support regional marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation, digitalization, optimization, or simulation, ideally in mining and mineral processing.
- Proven technical sales record with opportunity forecasting, CRM, account planning, and strategic execution.
- Strong commercial mindset, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English required; self-driven, proactive, results-oriented, with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial approach; strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%) within MENA.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Metallurgical, Automation, Electrical, or related).
- Established network in mining and mineral processing in Middle East & Africa.
- Experience with EPCs and large-scale industrial projects in the region.
- Experience in multicultural, international business environments.
- Arabic language skills.
