Performance Media Manager (Paid Search and App): Take ownership of Paid Search and App acquisition strategy, building, improving, and scaling campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Apple platforms with an accent on performance optimization, efficiency, and best practices. Focus on campaign management, structured testing roadmaps, KPI monitoring (CPA, ROAS), and testing new bid strategies and features.

Location: Hybrid in London (40% office based)

What you will do

  • Manage and improve Paid Search and App campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Apple platforms, including setup, QA, keyword research, targeting, ad copy, budgets, and pacing.
  • Monitor daily performance against KPIs (CPA, ROAS), identify trends, run tests, and implement optimizations while controlling budgets.
  • Deliver structured testing roadmaps, partnering with creative, acquisition, and brand teams to enhance asset performance and ensure compliance.
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic insights, and maintain tracking/tagging accuracy with Ad Ops.
  • Test new campaign types, bid strategies, and features, staying current with platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience building, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns.
  • Proven experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads).
  • Experience managing App marketing channels (GAC / ASA).
  • Experience running structured testing programmes.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS) and improvement strategies.
  • Experience in Web and App attribution platforms (CM360, MMPs like Appsflyer) and attribution models.
  • Commercial and performance optimization mindset.
