TL;DR
Paid Acquisition Manager (PPC & Affiliates): Driving efficient customer acquisition across paid search, affiliate marketing, and other performance media channels with an accent on evolving lead generation into full-funnel acquisition. Focus on optimizing ROAS and CAC across B2B and B2C segments through structured experimentation and data-led reporting.
Location: Hybrid (London). Must have the legal right to work in the UK

What you will do
- Lead strategy and hands-on execution for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
- Manage and optimize the affiliate program, covering partner recruitment, relationship management, and commercial terms.
- Plan and execute performance-led media across display and video channels to support funnel progression.
- Own the experimentation roadmap to identify new growth levers and validate incremental impact through hypotheses.
- Produce data-driven performance reporting and channel forecasts to guide budget planning and allocation.
- Collaborate with creative, product, tech, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a paid acquisition or PPC role driving customer growth.
- Deep practical expertise in Google Ads and ideally Microsoft Ads.
- Strong proficiency in GA4 and Excel for interpreting event-level and funnel data.
- Experience managing affiliate programs and partnership recruitment.
- Ability to design and execute structured A/B tests and experiments.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
