Location: Hybrid in Bourne End, SL8 5YS (UK) - 2 days in-office weekly, Tuesdays mandatory, flexi hours around core 10-4.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution, optimisation, and real-time trading of PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads across UK/US accounts, focusing on CVR, ROAS, CPC, CTR for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with PPC agency to implement best practices, challenge strategies, and deliver insight-led reporting to Head of Digital Marketing.
- Manage product feeds with feed provider and eCommerce team, testing imagery, improving data quality, and implementing segmentation for bidding/inventory.
- Conduct deep performance analysis, attribution modelling, incrementality testing (geo tests, bid experiments), forecasting, and GA4 insights on product performance.
- Align campaigns with eCommerce, CRM, Creative, and partnerships teams, providing insights on trends and demand.
Requirements
- Proven PPC/Paid Search experience in fast-paced eCommerce, managing 7-figure annual spend on Google/Microsoft Ads (Search and Shopping), large product catalogs, complex structures.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, automation tools, audience signals/assets.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CVR, CPC, CTR, profitability, attribution models, incrementality testing, agency management.
- Strong analytical skills for deep-dive analysis, commercial mindset linking channel to business trading, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving.
- Strong communication to present insights and recommendations.
