What you will do

• Provide visionary leadership for teams building AI agent platforms, including orchestration, tool invocation, and workflow execution.
• Define and drive the engineering roadmap for scalable, secure, and reliable systems across the product portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Drive execution across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with product, architecture, security, and CloudOps leadership.
• Guide complex architectural decisions regarding distributed systems, multi-agent workflows, and platform extensibility.
• Champion production readiness, operational excellence, and secure-by-design development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years in leadership and 5+ years managing managers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AI, ML, or intelligent software platforms.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic architectures, LLM integration, RAG, and orchestration.
• Experience leading teams building scalable, secure cloud-native services and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Distributed Systems.
• Experience with agent frameworks, tool-use systems, or skill marketplaces.
• Experience building extensible platforms with developer-facing interfaces like APIs, SDKs, or plugins.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and modern data storage solutions.
