What you will do
- Conduct 75–120 outbound cold calls per day to UK recruitment firms to uncover sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on website purchasing cycles and categorize for follow-up
- Manage pipeline by scheduling callbacks weeks, months, or years ahead
- Support LinkedIn and email campaigns to enhance phone outreach
- Log all interactions and outcomes in CRM accurately
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and boost conversions
Requirements
- 2–7 years in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Proven high-volume calling in target-driven settings
- CRM experience managing large databases
- Excellent phone communication with professional manner
- Resilience to rejection and gatekeepers
- Independent time management without supervision
