What you will do
- Build, qualify, and nurture high-quality pipeline via outbound and account expansion.
- Research target accounts for personalized outreach addressing prospects’ challenges.
- Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing on campaigns in priority regions.
- Track and optimize activities using CRM and sales tools across email, phone, LinkedIn, video.
- Partner with Product-Led Growth to spot activation and expansion in accounts.
- Meet activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets consistently.
- Provide market feedback to refine messaging and product positioning.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline generation, ideally B2B SaaS or product-led growth.
- Proven record meeting/exceeding pipeline goals.
- Experience with mid-market and enterprise buyers across regions.
- Excellent English communication (written/verbal).
Nice to have
- Fluency in German or experience in DACH market.
- Fluency in other EU languages for EMEA growth.
