What you will do

• Leverage AI tools to analyze touchpoint data, optimize marketing mix, and maximize pipeline and bookings.
• Manage marketing programs framework to identify data gaps and measure performance.
• Support brand, demand gen, field, customer, and partner marketing areas.
• Optimize hand-off processes between marketing and sales with measurement improvements.
• Create KPI dashboards to track campaign goals and pipeline targets.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of MA and CRM datasets for customer journey optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience in sales and marketing environments
• 3+ years in fast-growth companies
• AI tools and agents experience
• Strong PowerBI skills for ETL and dashboard design
• Expertise in Adobe Marketo Measure (Bizible) for attribution models
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, MarTech stacks, SQL, Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or marketing
• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience with DOMO, 6sense, Qualified
• Statistical modeling, A/B testing, customer journey analysis
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
