What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting with targeted multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to Nordic enterprise and government accounts.
  • Qualify opportunities using ICP framework and structured discovery.
  • Nurture leads with follow-ups and collaborate with marketing to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain clean pipeline logging and accurate activity notes.
  • Surface market insights from prospects to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Support events and campaigns to generate real pipeline.

Requirements

  • Native-level Swedish plus strong English
  • Track record of hitting targets in B2B SaaS SDR or similar sales roles.
  • Crisp, value-led communication in writing and verbally.
  • Strong discovery, qualification skills, and objection handling.
  • Thorough account research and navigation of complex stakeholder environments.
  • Process discipline, organization, and comfort with GTM tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay.
  • Curiosity about AI for societal institutions.
