TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Driving outbound prospecting and pipeline growth for an AI platform targeting government and enterprise sectors in the DACH region with an accent on multichannel outreach and strategic account research. Focus on building the initial GTM playbook for the German market and qualifying high-value opportunities.

Location: Stockholm HQ or Berlin. 3 months onboarding in Stockholm is strongly preferred.

What you will do

  • Lead outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and phone for German enterprise and government accounts.
  • Qualify opportunities through structured discovery using the ICP framework to move deals forward.
  • Nurture leads in collaboration with marketing to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate activity logs and notes.
  • Gather and share market insights to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Convert event leads into a qualified pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hitting targets in B2B SaaS or a similar sales environment.
  • Native-level German and strong English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with modern GTM tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Clay.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to research and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • High level of process discipline and organizational skills.
