What you will do

• Own product vision, timelines, goals, and roadmaps for the internal payment platform in collaboration with senior management.
• Drive checkout optimization, A/B experimentation, and conversion rate improvements.
• Build and expand platform capabilities, launch complementary products, and manage integrations with payment providers.
• Implement data-driven processes from idea evaluation to feature performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate changes to stakeholders, and evaluate market competition.
• Lead a team of Payment Product Managers to deliver business results.

Requirements

• Experience building payment platforms required.
• At least 5 years in product management in dynamic, agile environments.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, marketers, analysts).
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and passion for data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience obtaining PCI DSS certification.
• Deep knowledge of recurring payments and billing systems.
