What you will do

• Develop and execute the global payments strategy and infrastructure to support business growth.
• Optimize the PSP ecosystem and payment routing logic to maximize approval rates and minimize costs.
• Enhance payments UI/UX as a product to reduce friction and increase customer conversion rates.
• Lead negotiations with PSPs and financial institutions to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Drive the localization roadmap and the rollout of local payment methods in new territories.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payments function and team members.

• Proven experience in owning and driving global payments strategies.
• Deep expertise in PSP management, payment routing, and settlement structures.
