What you will do

• Lead commercial reviews for Restaurant SMB and Enterprise deals.
• Model deal impacts and optimize P&L balances for tailor-made Enterprise offers.
• Translate closed deals into Merchant Fee plans and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with local Marketplace leads, Sales, and Account Management teams.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning processes and monitor development via business reviews.
• Develop and share best practices for commercial terms across different markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations and deal modeling.
• Proven ability to handle negotiations and create business cases on tight timelines.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to perform independent data extraction.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance business cases and analyses.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Helsinki or Berlin.
