What you will do

• Map finance processes for AI optimization, design and deploy AI agents for repetitive tasks, measure ROI and efficiency gains
• Manage customer invoicing, contract analysis, and maintain transparent customer relationship database
• Calculate and analyze SaaS KPIs including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV
• Lead monthly/annual financial close processes, prepare executive/board presentations and investor reporting
• Oversee vendor invoice processing, develop vendor controlling systems, serve as finance lead for procurement
• Coordinate payment runs, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, intercompany invoicing

Requirements

• 2-4 years in finance advisory, controlling, or business finance (Big 4, consulting, scale-ups, tech preferred)
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial modeling and executive presentations
• AI enthusiasm with hands-on experience using AI tools for automation and process optimization
• Technical proficiency with modern finance tools, quick learner for integrations and data management
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with external partners and cross-functional teams
