Group Financial Controller

What you will do

• Handle monthly and year-end close procedures, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and conduct in-depth analysis with performance recommendations.
• Support day-to-day operations including AR, AP, procurement, expenses, treasury, and payroll.
• Ensure tax compliance for group, parent, and subsidiaries, including transfer pricing.
• Develop internal controls and manage external audits for group and statutory requirements.
• Prepare local financial statements in Finland and optimize finance processes for efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Technical knowledge of international and local GAAP, accounting, and tax.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a multinational technology business.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP tools like Oracle, SAP, Workday.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows or process automation using AI.
• Experience with close management tools like FloQast or Stacks.
