What you will do

• Lead rolling forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning with scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models including P&L, capacity planning, and funding scenarios.
• Partner with LoB leadership and cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights for strategic decisions, ROI, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze gross margins and business performance to deliver actionable improvements.
• Build and optimize FP&A reporting frameworks and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align forecasting cycles.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A or business analysis, preferably in SaaS
• Proven experience building FP&A and controlling reports, financial planning, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, SaaS KPIs, and commercial target setting
• Advanced Excel, analytics tools, AI usage for automation, financial modeling, and SaaS metrics
