What you will do

• Design group-wide reporting standards and planning foundations, identifying automation and process improvements.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver financial insights, KPI tracking, and business cases.
• Support and streamline the monthly close cycle, contributing to group consolidation and management reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc strategic finance tasks like scenario modelling and analysis for new markets or initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in FP&A, financial controlling, or strategic finance, ideally in fintech, investment banking, or scale-up.
• Highly analytical with exceptional financial modeling skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience improving close processes and financial reporting in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to group reporting, consolidation, multi-currency, and intercompany.
• Solid command of ERP/planning tools (NetSuite, Anaplan or similar) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
