What you will do

• Ensure full compliance with German professional standards while identifying opportunities to modernise traditional industry practices.
• Contribute to the operational strategy for scaling capacity, advising on how to best leverage software and AI without compromising quality.
• Support and guide the internal team of tax experts to maintain efficient case processing and high operational standards.
• Help shape and coordinate the network of internal and external tax advisors, ensuring every user receives the professional, certified support they need.
• Advise on "supply side" optimisation — helping attract, retain, and empower top tax advisors in Germany.
• Act as a primary stakeholder for partner Product and Engineering teams, translating complex tax assistance services into scalable software requirements.

Requirements

• Successfully passed the German Tax Advisor exam.
• Track record of managing teams, P&Ls, or complex operational projects.
• Deep understanding of the German tax system, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment.
