What you will do

• Integrate QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet, and Tipalti into a seamless, automated ecosystem.
• Lead the design and deployment of finance systems from the ground up.
• Deploy AI and automation into real finance workflows, including Quote-to-Cash and global payroll.
• Manage FP&A, R2R, and funnel diagnostics to forecast and drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with CFOs, founders, and Engineering/Data teams to ensure finance scales effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.
• Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, or finance transformation within high-growth environments.
• Experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.
• Capability to build FP&A models and prepare quarterly board updates.
• Hands-on experience with modern finance products.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance certifications.
• Experience with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
