What you will do

• Lead the FP&A function, driving forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning across all business lines.
• Develop a performance management framework focusing on unit economics, cohort management, and growth analytics.
• Manage investor communication strategies, including quarterly reporting and board materials.
• Partner with the CFO, CEO, and leadership team to evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, instilling analytical rigor and cost discipline.
• Drive alignment between Finance, Strategy, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading an FP&A function in a high-growth fintech or technology company.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, cohort analysis, and cost management.
• Proven track record of managing investor relations or board communications.
• Ability to drive business transformation with a strong bias toward AI adoption, automation, and digital tools.
