What you will do
- Drive annual GTM planning and monthly rolling forecasts for a global SaaS business.
- Architect and own the GTM unit economics framework, including CAC, LTV, Magic Number, and Net Revenue Retention.
- Deploy AI-augmented workflows to automate reporting, scenario analysis, and narrative generation.
- Design agile scenario models to stress-test growth assumptions and evaluate investment implications.
- Establish revenue intelligence processes to analyze pipeline velocity and churn trends.
- Deliver executive-ready financial presentations for the CFO, ELT, and the Board.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking with a focus on SaaS GTM metrics.
- Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.
- Mastery of scalable financial modelling and executive-level narrative synthesis.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise FP&A platforms like Abacum, Adaptive Insights, or Pigment.
- Strong orientation toward AI-augmented work and integrating LLMs into finance workflows.
- Proven ability to challenge senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience in the hospitality technology industry.
