What you will do

• Own and improve investor-grade three-way financial model and rolling forecasts.
• Lead annual planning for revenue, headcount, and operational costs across business units.
• Develop revenue forecasting models using customer, product, and behavioral data.
• Deliver scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, surface insights, and partner cross-functionally for efficiency and growth.
• Design FP&A systems, implement budgeting platforms, and drive AI/automation in workflows.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team as strategic partners.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work remotely from the UK
• Proven experience implementing FP&A systems and scalable processes in high-growth tech startups/scale-ups.
• Strong financial modeling for fundraising, investments, and M&A.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication to translate analysis into strategic recommendations.
• Board-level reporting, data visualizations, and work with complex datasets.
• Strategic commercial mindset for growth, efficiency, and problem-solving in ambiguity.

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data/automation tools.
