What you will do

• Set advertising strategy in collaboration with leadership, prioritising year-on-year revenue growth.
• Define multi-platform product offerings and go-to-market strategies by territory, overseeing executions and operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop advertiser-aligned content and campaigns, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
• Build and manage advertiser relationships, turning one-off deals into long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends including AI, provide business intelligence, and lead trade marketing efforts.
• Coach and develop a small specialist team to deliver commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive strategic and commercial success at senior level in digital media or podcasting.
• Extensive advertiser relationships and sales/negotiating experience in UK or US.
• Experience delivering integrated creative solutions for advertising clients with editorial teams.
• Managing complex stakeholder relationships and client servicing.
• Good knowledge of contractual and copyright matters.
• Capable leader with line management experience fostering high-performing teams.
