What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client communications and work-streams for Amazon businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
- Coordinate with regional planning teams and local market contacts to ensure high-quality delivery and address critical concerns.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including briefing, legal compliance, finance requirements, and budget tracking.
- Develop insightful client documents, POVs, and presentations that tell a clear story.
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams and utilize WPP Open to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage the finance billing process, including PO collation and fund tracking.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong digital and data knowledge, preferably with a background in media activation.
- Experience in the entertainment category.
- Experience working across multiple markets.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads and the broader Amazon ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Amazon's leadership principles and narrative-based communication style.
