What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client communications and work-streams for Amazon businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
• Coordinate with regional planning teams and local market contacts to ensure high-quality delivery and address critical concerns.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including briefing, legal compliance, finance requirements, and budget tracking.
• Develop insightful client documents, POVs, and presentations that tell a clear story.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams and utilize WPP Open to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage the finance billing process, including PO collation and fund tracking.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong digital and data knowledge, preferably with a background in media activation.
• Experience in the entertainment category.
• Experience working across multiple markets.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Amazon Ads and the broader Amazon ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Amazon's leadership principles and narrative-based communication style.
