What you will do

• Manage the sales pipeline for all podcast sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships within a specific agency patch to generate briefs and drive revenue.
• Build prospecting lists and identify new business opportunities through internal systems and market insight.
• Lead the pitching, briefing, education, and activation of podcast sponsorship campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored podcast briefs and strengthen the podcast narrative across agencies.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the podcast and digital audio advertising landscape.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders at major media agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
• Confident and engaging presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
