What you will do
- Own targeted outreach to UK prospects via cold calls and personalized messages.
- Run discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders, handing over qualified demo opportunities.
- Craft tailored value propositions for industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
- Shape the UK SDR playbook based on your learnings to define market sales approach.
- Analyse P2P and O2C processes and track industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Prioritise complex deals and identify bottlenecks to drive pipeline forward.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, skilled at open-ended questions.
- Structured, organised, detail-oriented (CRM: HubSpot).
- Resilient to rejection, maintain momentum through long sales cycles.
- Curious problem-solver, team player with strong ownership.

- Experience as founding team member building from scratch.
- Knowledge of industrial sectors or ERP processes.
