Technology Partnerships Manager (EMEA, MarTech): Managing a portfolio of strategic ISVs like Google Cloud, Twilio, Salesforce and driving revenue through co-sell motions and ecosystem expansion with an accent on partner activation, pipeline generation, and GTM alignment. Focus on building playbooks, operationalizing alliances, facilitating integrations, and representing at events.
Fully remote; Remote - London, up to 25% travel for partner meetings, industry events, and field engagements.

What you will do
- Build and execute co-sell playbooks, identify joint targets, and enable partner sales teams to drive opportunities.
- Generate sourced and influenced revenue through outreach, partner networks, and deal acceleration.
- Act as connective tissue between partners and Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Operationalize tech alliances with regular syncs, QBRs, joint business planning, and training.
- Expand ecosystem by onboarding new partners and driving co-marketing, content, and product collaborations.
- Track and report partner-attributed pipeline and revenue goals using intelligence tools.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales in SaaS/MarTech.
- Track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue.
- Existing network with MarTech vendors (CDPs, Marketing Clouds, cloud platforms).
- Strong commercial acumen to connect activities to pipeline/revenue impact.
- Ability to articulate integration use cases, APIs, and data flows.
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Product, Marketing in SaaS.
- Excellent communication to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of customer engagement, mobile/digital marketing.
- Experience at high-growth SaaS ($50M–$300M revenue).
- Familiarity with partner intelligence/CRM tools (Crossbeam, Salesforce).
- Experience managing partnerships across multiple European markets.
- Comfort with time zones, cultures, regulatory environments, EMEA data privacy (GDPR).
- Experience experimenting with AI tools.
