What you will do

• Implement strategic multi-year plans and budgets for mass-market fundraising, focusing on Face-to-Face and other offline channels to acquire sustainer donors.
• Monitor progress against plans, produce reports on KPIs, and make recommendations for future campaigns based on learnings.
• Develop creative, innovative, and targeted fundraising campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maximize value, diversity, and longevity of private fundraising income through stewardship, acquisition, and retention integration.
• Manage 1 direct report (F2F fundraising officer) and work with external agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; Korean speaker
• Experience in fundraising environment, especially Face-to-Face and offline channels
• Excellent campaign management, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
• Degree level education
• Commitment to IRC goals and values; adherence to professional standards
