• Conduct regular performance reporting using data and insights to refine local efforts.
• Manage team and collaborate with UK colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Japanese essential; work closely with UK colleagues daily.
• Experienced marketer and people manager with collaborative style.
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience working in Japan with international businesses and cultures.
• Ability to develop effective relationships and deliver impactful marketing content.
