What you will do

• Develop and execute a country-level community plan aligned with global strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and support local ambassadors to educate users and represent hirify.global.
• Enable ambassadors with resources, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support community-led activations like workshops or meetups.
• Build strategic local partnerships to extend reach and credibility.
• Track community metrics and share local insights with the global team.

Requirements

• Must work remotely within Japan.
• Experienced community builders, creators, or ecosystem operators comfortable working independently.
• Skilled at driving outcomes through relationships.
• Experience in creator platforms, SaaS, or education-led products.
