What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Oversee the marketing budget, resource allocation, and monitor performance KPIs.
• Manage the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and presentations for retail clients.
• Plan and execute event and seminar marketing to drive attendance and engagement.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media and website optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Must hold a Type I Securities Sales Representative License (or obtain it before joining).
• Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated communications.
• Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
