What you will do

• Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns with gaming-endemic and non-endemic ecosystem partners.
• Manage hirify.global Gold Japan social media accounts (X, Instagram, forums) and monitor community feedback.
• Create and maintain campaign landing pages and ensure accuracy of Japanese copy and visuals.
• Coordinate with the Singapore HQ to localize global campaigns and onboard new games.
• Manage vendors, venues, and logistics for event initiatives.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure marketing assets adhere to global design standards.

Requirements

• Native level Japanese and Business-level English (reading/writing).
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Power BI.
• Must be able to physically commute and work at the office in Tokyo.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or localization industry.
• Skills in copywriting, design, and/or video editing.
• Knowledge of CMS tools such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
