What you will do

• Design architectures, configure products, and implement use cases during customer onboarding.
• Manage top-tier customer projects, track resolutions, and handle escalations.
• Maintain constant communication as a trusted technical advisor and partner.
• Establish business value, achieve ROI targets, and mitigate post-sales challenges.
• Document customer use cases, architectures, and roadmaps.
• Champion customer needs internally with Engineering and Product Management.
• Support demonstrations, content creation, and marketing for platform adoption.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in SaaS, cloud, platform, infrastructure, or software environments.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, platform technologies, or cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying platforms into customer or production environments.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes deployments.
• Ability to design implementations across cloud or on-prem environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of technical concepts; comfortable with customers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Management platforms, OAuth2, JWT, SSO, LDAP, or API security.
• Scripting or development in Java or Python.
• Background in Solutions Engineering, Platform Engineering, Professional Services, DevOps, or TAM.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Additional European language skills.
